We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Business Support Specialist Germany to join our team in Amsterdam.

About the role

As the Business Support Specialist Germany, you will be the face of Trainin for our German clients. From our office in Amsterdam, you will ensure that our clients can easily navigate our system and feel welcome. Additionally, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients and ensuring our product remains perfectly aligned with the needs of the German market.

Your tasks include:

• Guiding new clients through their onboarding and ensuring they get the most out of our system.

• Providing online sales demos.

• Supporting existing clients by answering their day-to-day questions about the product.

• Proactively identifying trends, regulations, and opportunities in the market.

  
  

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a background in sales, customer support, and/or project management.

• Is fluent in German (a must).

• Has an energetic and flexible attitude; enjoys variety in their work.

• Can work independently as well as in a team.
